We have an autosampler and use the red molded Aijiren septa. I'm not sure about the other variables you mentioned (e.g. needle size). We use the GC for trace gas anaysis (CO2, CH4, N2O). I just noticed on the webpage for the Aijiren septa it says good for up to 400 injections , so I think 200 as you mentioned would be a safe bet. Thanks again!
